Description of work (where appropriate, broken down into sub-activities), and role of the team members
Subactivity 5.1 – Publication of articles and papers
All the team members will continuously publish articles in top peer-review international journals and present their work at national and international scientific conferences which includes publishing papers and extended abstract in the conference proceedings. All the published articles, but also the presentations, lecture notes, books will be uploaded to the SCIDAR – A Digital Archive of the University of Kragujevac (https://scidar.kg.ac.rs) to ensure availability of the PROMINENT project results and open access.
Subactivity 5.2 -Dissemination of results
The published results will be also promoted via scientific community online networks such as ResearchGate, LinkedIn, and ORCID. Team members will take part at the Technical Fair in Belgrade each year. The stakeholders will be identified at local and regional level and contacted to make aware of the importance of the PAK-DAM application. Dissemination activities will be realized according to the plan defined in a proposal, but the Dissemination and Communication plan will be adopted at the beginning of the project realization and it will be updated during the project execution on an annual basis to consider the achievements obtained and, in consequence, the exploitation remarks. Each updated version of the Plan will include a report on already implemented activities and give an outlook at the dissemination activities foreseen for the next period.
Subactivity 5.3 – Communication activities
PROMINENT website will be designed and launched to promote the PROMINENT project results, but also the team and the PAK-DAM software solution and its application possibilities. The communication material and visual identity of the project will be made available on the PROMINENT website for easy downloading to a wider international audience. Printed and published promotional material will be designed and delivered at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the project. PAK-DAM software tool and the results of the PROMINENT project will be promoted at the Researchers’ Night event every year. Facebook, Twitter, local and national newspapers, magazines, TV shows, will be used to deliver information to the wider public to explain the impact of application of damage assessment tools on everyday lives. These promotion activities will be also a part of the Dissemination and Communication plan.
Subactivity 5.4 – Exploitation activities,
At project end, the PAK-DAM software tool is planned to be at TRL 5 and therefore a number of activities will be needed after the project lifetime in order to have them ready for exploitation (TRL 9). For that reason, a Plan for the exploitation of results will be prepared. These activities aim to get the PROMINENT project to a stage where it might be exploited by the project participants themselves or might be attractive for other entities outside the team (investors, potential users, companies, etc.).
